Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the stage of project completion. If work has already been delivered, no refund can be considered as we do not have control over what the results that are already in clients hands. Partial refunds may apply in line with our terms and conditions if a project is cancelled at an early stage based on circumstances outside clients control.
No, in line with our terms and conditions that are signed with each clients at the beginning of every project, we present the final outcome of a project in a meeting and the clients advise on any adjustment needed. we only deliver final outcome or results after the payment reflects in our bank account.
